The mission of STRIVE-New Haven is to prepare, train, place and support Greater New Haven residents in securing employment, and to demonstrate the impact that attitudinal training and post-placement support have on successful long-term employment.

STRIVE-New Haven has merged it's operations with Career Resources. Read all the good news in the press release: here.

STRIVE, in partnership with Career Resources, The Workplace, and Dress For Success, are proud to offer the first of many Going Places Network sessions for our female graduates.

Dress for Success is a leader in employment retention for disadvantaged women. In 2011, through the support of the Walmart Foundation, Dress for Success expanded its efforts in the areas of job preparation and career advancement through the launch of the Going Places Network. The Going Places Network will help unemployed and under-employed Dress for Success clients gain professional skills, accelerate their job search and build confidence.

Our first GPN cohort will start in early June, stay tuned for the details.
